Independent OTA - No Carrier Endorsement

Real-Time fares sourced directly from live airline inventory via our supplier API. Prices include all taxes and are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

At My Flights Portal, Inc ., operating through Tripovault.com, we provide professional assistance after your ticket has been issued, including complex airline coordination, fare rule review, and ticket re-issuance support. Because post-ticketing requests require dedicated agent time and supplier processing, a post-ticketing service fee may apply.

This policy explains when post-ticketing fees apply, how they are quoted, and how they are charged.

1) Definitions

For clarity, these terms mean:

  • Ticketed / Ticket Issued: An e-ticket number has been generated for your booking.
  • Post-Ticketing Request: Any request made after the ticket is issued, including changes, cancellations, name corrections, waivers, and refund/credit follow-ups.
  • Agency Service Fee (Our Fee): A fee charged by My Flights Portal, Inc . for agent labor, administrative handling, supplier coordination, GDS/supplier processing, and ticket re-issue support.
  • Airline Penalty: A fee charged by the airline based on your fare rules (often applies to changes/cancellations and may be high or non-refundable).
  • Fare Difference: The difference between the original fare and the new fare selected (if the new itinerary costs more).
  • Future Credit: Airline-issued travel credit or voucher, subject to airline rules.
  • Refund: Money returned to the original form of payment, only if permitted and approved under fare rules and airline/supplier policies.
  • Exchange / Reissue: Repricing and reissuing a ticket after changes are accepted (may require new ticket number).
  • Waiver: An airline exception request (for specific circumstances), approved or denied by the airline.

2) Transparency and Consent

We follow a consent-first process:

  • We do not charge any post-ticketing fee without your approval.
  • Before any charge is processed, you will receive a clear quote showing:
  • Airline penalty (if any)
  • Fare difference (if any)
  • Supplier charges (if any)
  • Our agency service fee

Your payment method is charged only after you confirm acceptance of the total amount.

3) What Post-Ticketing Fees Cover

Our post-ticketing service fees help cover the work involved in:

  • Reviewing fare rules and eligibility
  • Communicating with airlines/suppliers/consolidators
  • Processing cancellation or change requests

  • Submitting refund or future credit requests and follow-ups where permitted

Airlines control final approval for changes, cancellations, refunds, and waivers.

  • Airlines may apply penalties that can be substantial, and fare differences may be significant.
  • Approval, denial, timelines, and final outcomes are controlled by airlines and suppliers.
  • A booking is considered updated/confirmed only after the airline/supplier completes processing and the updated e-ticket (if applicable) is issued.

6) Non-Refundability of Our Fees

Any agency service fee charged by My Flights Portal, Inc . throughtripovault.com is non-refundable once the requested post-ticketing service has been performed or processing has been initiated with the airline/supplier.

This applies regardless of whether the airline issues a refund, provides credit, denies a request, or changes the schedule.

If a fee must be refunded due to a legal requirement, we will comply with applicable law.

Airline refunds (if approved) follow airline/supplier processing and your bank’s posting timelines.

7) Payment Authorization and Disputes

Post-ticketing charges are processed only after your confirmation.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, airlines/suppliers may pause refund or servicing actions until the dispute is resolved. This can delay outcomes.
